Sycamore Street Brewing Co. - Behind the Scenes

Everyone is so curious. They want to know about how we create our beer and also how we name it. No, we will not give away ALL of our secrets, but you will know most of them.  

When our founders came together, they determined that their beer would be different and better than ever. They wanted it to be different because they are not an original brewery. Our brewery is different than what you have been too. If you have been in, you know that; and if you have not, we will be seeing you in shortly!

Our beers have unique names because of our unique tastes. For example, our Midnight Bubble is a full-bodied American milk stout with notes of espresso and brown bread, and non-fermentable lactose. And our Oval Wave is brewed with malted barley and British oats for a smooth mouthfeel, then dry-hopped with a quartet of American-grown hops for a rich aroma of papaya and blueberry. Tasting notes include overripe mango, cantaloupe, and lemon zest. We try to match our funny names with the flavoring of our beer.
